What are the technology requirements to take an online course?
You will need a computer, or smart phone, a high speed Internet connection, a newer version of a web browser, and working speakers or a headset.

Can I take courses any time or is there a schedule?
Courses are at your own pace and in your own time. All courses are pre-recorded and can be viewed as your schedule permits. Only continuing education courses offer some monthly courses which are live.

If I decide that the course is not for me, can I get a refund?
If you notify the Thoughtward™ Academy within 24 hours of purchase you may receive a full refund.

If I take the personal courses do I need to pass any tests to move between courses?
No, for the personal courses you can watch in any order that you like and there is no requirement to pass.

If I take the professional courses will I be tested?
Yes, at the end of every lesson you will be required to take a test. Passing all tests from each lesson will be required in order to be certified.

If I choose to be certified, how long is my certificate good for?
The certificate will be good for one year. Then you will need to renew in order to maintain your status as a Thoughtward™ Practitioner.

How do I renew my certification yearly?
In order to maintain your status as a practitioner and keep your certificate up to date you will need to participate and pass the two monthly continuing education courses.

How long do I have to complete the course?
You have one year from purchase to complete the course.
